The game contains a story mode, where the player may duel, browse a 3D map, interact
with other chracters and collect items and cards.
There are about 2800 cards
featured in this game, going up to Crimson Crisis also includes cards from the
first 4 Duel Terminals and cards from Structure Decks up to SD16. The game also
includes many promo cards, such as "Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode",
"Shield Wing", "Elemental Hero Absolute Zero" and "Genesic
Dragon".
The game contains Turbo
Duels. "Speed Spells" versions of existing cards appear in the game,
such as "Speed Spell - Raigeki" and "Speed Spell - Harpie's Feather
Duster", also completely new Speed Spells are included such as "Speed
Spell - Wheelie Breaker" and Speed Spell - Speed Jammer". Special
Trap Cards designed specifically for Turbo Duels are also included, such as
Des Accelerator and Slip Stream. Another interesting feature of Turbo Duels
is that Spell Cards such as Raigeki (originally banned in normal duels) that
were made into Speed Spells have no restrictions on them, meaning you can run
as many copies as you like. However, any Spell originally banned in normal duels
will have a hefty price of removing all 12 Speed Counters to activate them.
The player takes the role
of a Signer and receives their own Duel Runner, which they can customize throughout
the story mode. Different types of Duel Runners are available.
There will be Wi-fi in this
game where player's can play against each other, trade cards, find upgrades
and cards.
